If an operator we recommend has held your withdrawal behind a verification request, we want to know — those reports are what move a position in the ranking. Include the operator, the date, the amount, the payment rail and what support told you. Please do not send us copies of your identity documents or screenshots showing your address, wallet address or account number.
We are not an operator, we hold no accounts on your behalf, and we cannot release a withdrawal or complete a verification for you. We cannot mediate a dispute. If an issue is not resolved with the operator, the next step is the regulator that issued its licence.
